hi viggo. we usually manage to spend 6 mnths on the road in winter ,spain ,portugal and 3mnth maroc costs about 3 grand. if we used camp sites god knows what it would cost. there ar thousands and thousands out there doing it. 26thousand campers hit maroc in the winter according to maroc tourist agency. never mind the thousands in europe. there isnt enough campsites for them all anyway. have a look at my gallery you can see what i use. it stands out a bit but we get no trouble really .wise parking i hope works. have been broken into .bu that happens on campsites as well. cgheers alan.

There are plenty of people on the canals who do excatly this. They're called "continuous cruisers". Have a look at one of the canal forums and see how they cope.

Hi Vwalan
You seem to live a facinating travelling life. You should concider writing a book on your ventures and all the hints and tips of life on the road . Im sure there must be more than me who would be interested in it.
