Our delightful, award winning, family run Park is set in 12 acres amongst the green rolling hills and hedgerows of South Devon. Opens 15th March until 31st October. WiFi available.
Holmans Wood offers a picturesque meadow for camping and has stunning views of the surrounding countryside. We have excellent quality toilet/shower facilities with free constant hot water.
We have an amazing array of trees, flowers and wildlife in abundance,and are delighted to have achieved a Gold David Bellamy Award for Conservation.
The Park is level, neat and attractive. All touring pitches have electric, water tap and waste water drainage. Seasonal pitches are available to enable you to repeatedly experience the tranquility of Holmans Wood.
We also have a Caravan Storage facility in our secure compound.
There are a selection of new and used luxury Static Holiday Homes for sale. They are positioned on their own bases, fully serviced and have dedicated car parking adjacent. The majority have sun decking with steps.
A short distance to Dartmoor, the centre of Exeter with its Cathedral, and close to Newton Abbot, Torquay, and the beautiful sandy beaches at Dawlish, Paignton, Shaldon and Teignmouth.
The ancient wool town of Chudleigh is just one mile away and local pubs offer good food to suit most tastes and pockets. Besides a few minutes walk to the shop at BP garage, Chudleigh has a Co op supermarket, Harveys coffee shop and Deli, Chemist & Post Office.

There are many National Trust houses and gardens in the area. Haldon Forest Woods (3500 acres) with adventure cycle trails, birds of prey, butterfly trails and events all through the summer.Fishing, golf and horseriding all close by. The Rock Garden and Caves in Chudleigh, 8 acres of wild garden, ponds, a Rock Walk with lovely views from the top. Also in Chudleigh, Lord Cliffords family home Ugbrooke House. Pennywell Farm, an all day farm fun and activity park for children. Visit Brixham, the historic fishing harbour and see the Replica of the Golden Hind. Canonteign Falls is nearby with a magical combination of waterfalls, woodlands and lakes. Powderham Castle, Go Ape, South Devon Railways, Crealy Adventure Park, Kents Cavern, Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts are all easily accessible.
Directions
From the North: Follow the M5 to Exeter and take the A38 towards Plymouth. Half a mile from the top of Haldon Hill, past the racecourse and the Little Chef, you will come to a BP petrol station. Exit to the left is signposted Chudleigh. The entrance to Holmans Wood is at the end of this short slip road on the left hand side.
