Set in 10 acres of landscape parkland.
We are 2 miles from st ives and 4 miles from penzance.
Our granite barns have been converted to modernise a wide range of amenties,to include launderette,dishwashing area,ladies vanity/en-suite,ladies and gentlemen toilet and shower area,baby/disabled toilet shower room. Outside wetsuit wash,shop,on site pub.
Evening meals,takeaway,and breakfast,
games room,playarea,Family room with T.V
Campsite bus in July/August to take you direct into st ives without the worry of having to park.

Lands end only 16 miles away.
Directions
From the A30 head for st ives roundabout take the 2nd exit(A3074)then at the second mini roundabout turn left(visitors route-B3311)follow to the T junction,turn left then immediatley right(towednack),for about 100 yards then turn left,follow lane and we are the park on the left.
(do not follow sign to lower penderleath farm as this is nothing to do with us)
