Braithwaite Bridges is the sister site to Scotgate Holiday Park. Set on a quiet country lane it is perfect for a family break, surrounded by trees and the stunning lakeland fells. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There is a Licencesed shop and tea room on our sister site at nearby Scotgate Holiday Park. You can enjoy a full english breakfast or a variety of meals and snacks to eat in or takeaway.
Nearby Attractions
Keswick town is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus journey that runs every 2 hours from Braithwaite Village. Keswick has a fun family swimming pool, many bars,restaurants a cinema and the award winning Theatre by the Lake.. There are many special events all year round including Jazz and Beer Festivals. The Whinlatter Vistor Centre is approximately 2 miles from the site, here you can follow mountain bike trails for all abilities, see the Bassenthwaite Ospreys on live camera and visit Go Ape. Trotters animal park and cafe is close by, ideal for small children and adults alike, there are many more attractions to suite all ages in the area.
Directions
From junction 40 of the M6 motorway take the A66,follow that past Keswick then turn left onto the B5292 into Braithwaite.The site is 300 yards on the left and reception is on your right hand side.
