Bay View in Bolton-le-Sands, is Holgates latest venture. Set to rival Silverdale with its luxurious facilities, it has just reached the end of phase one of the development plans featuring new sea front lodges and a spectacular Bar and Restaurant. This of course means that it is the perfect time to buy a holiday home as the cost of a property will understandably rise when the park is completed. With fields that run down to the shore, there is plenty of room for touring caravans and tents - you can even book your pitch for the whole season. We also have two luxurious holiday homes available to hire, please call us for prices and availability.
New for Spring 2010:
We are proud to be launching the all-new Bay View bar and restaurant.
The original 400m2 farm buildings have been sympathetically converted into a beautiful 100-seat bar, restaurant and shop.
Building is now complete and we are open for business. The design has been carefully planned using local materials and skills to preserve the character of the existing park. The buildings feature natural stone walls and flooring, full height oak-beamed ceiling and wood burning stove.
The menu focuses on quality local produce, ranging from traditional breakfasts to hearty evening dinners with great healthy children's menus.
The new indoor space will provide a welcome extra dimension for our guests who simply want to relax in the fully licenced bar or on the fantastic outdoor seating area with sea views. A new games area has been subtly incorporated into the design to keep children happy without spoiling the laid-back atmosphere.
In addition a brand new fully equipped 25m2 shop offers fresh local produce, newspapers and all your holiday essentials.
Bay View has stupendous views over Morecambe Bay and is a 10 minute drive from Lancaster and Mo

Situated on the coast near to Carnforth, the superb location of the holiday park offers a gateway to many opportunities to suit all tastes. Nature lovers will love the RSPB's Leighton Moss Bird Sanctuary, whilst the ancient market town of Kendal 'Gateway to the Lakes' is only a short drive away. For history lovers there is the historic city of Lancaster with its impressive castle and for those that like the beach there are the endless varied beaches surrounding Morecambe Bay. Whatever your interest, the Holiday park and it's surrounding area will fascinate or excite you.
Directions
Exit the M6 at junction 35 and take the A601 for Carnforth. In 1 mile turn left at the roundabout (J35a) for Carnforth (Truckhaven on the left, Pine Lake on the right). In 1 mile you will come to some traffic lights, continue through towards Lancaster & Morecambe. After a mini roundabout, 500m on the right you will see the sign for Bay View Holiday Park
