We would like to welcome you to our quiet, secluded family run holiday park, which is open all year round.
25 pitches on a 4 acre park, set in 15 acres with a small fishing lake.
The park is mainly level, well drained and is situated in a very pleasant countryside position with 15acres of open space including a small fishing lake and wooded area.
Mena is conveniently placed, being less than two miles from the A30/A389 Eden Project, St. Austell
and Lanivet village interchange.
Situated in the centre of Cornwall it is easy to explore the whole county. There is a wide choice of beaches and coves on both the North and South coast - the nearest being just 8 miles away
The village of Lanivet is 1 1/2 miles away, has a late opening' village shop, Post Office, Church, a very friendly pub with good food, and an Excellent' Fish and Chip Restaurant and Take-away.
Our small fishing lake is stocked with Common Carp, Rudd and Bream. A fish licence is required, and only barbless hooks may be used. Boilies and keep-nets are not permitted. There are many large fishing lakes, both Trout and Course, within 15 minutes from the site.
We also have two static caravans: One with three bedrooms, one with two bedrooms, both are non-smoking and no pets.
The village has a good late opening shop, a great fish and chip restaurant / takeaway, and a friendly and cosy pub/restaurant. 24Hr supermarkets are available in Bodmin and St Austell (10 minutes drive)
Nearby Attractions
Sandy Beach within 8m. Golf Riding Stables, Large Tennis Club, Swimming Pool, Shire Horse Center are all nearby. For the keen cyclist the Camel Trail is within 3 miles. Bikes and sidecars for children may be hired locally. The Saint's Way 1/4 m, Helman's Tor and Moor-land 3m, Cardinham, Respryn, and Dunmere Woods are all very close assuring you of many beautiful walks. The Eden Project is 4 miles.
Directions
From Exeter take the A30 to Bodmin & Truro.
Take the A30 Bodmin by-pass and leave the A30 at the A30/A391 Innis Downs roundabout.
Take the A389 north sign posted Lanivet & Bodmin.
In ½ mile take the first right (filter lane) and pass beneath the A30
Turn first left signposted Lostwithiel, Fowey, NT sign.
In ½ mile turn right at top of hill (staggered junction) keeping the Celtic Cross on your left.
Continue straight for ½ mile (road narrows at top of hill then opens again).
Take the first right into our lane and entrance 100 yards on the right.
