"A hill fort and an inspiring cathedral in Wiltshire"
Our Club Site at Hudson's Field is on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Salisbury - less than a mile from the cathedral and the city centre. This site has a fantastic view of the hill fort of Old Sarum and is a great base for exploring Wiltshire and the south coast.
Hudson's Field - next to the site - is perfect for long walks and kite-flying. Kitesurfers regularly use it. Events are held here throughout the year.
Old Sarum hill fort is managed by English Heritage. It includes the remains of a prehistoric fortress, a Norman palace, a castle and a cathedral.
The city of Salisbury has a fine 13th century gothic cathedral along with other beautiful architecture. Blue Badge Guides lead walks round the city daily from April to October.
The New Forest is only 20 minutes away by car. The beaches of the south coast can be reached in less than an hour.
