Wyreside Lakes is part of the DUCHY OF LANCASTER ESTATE and has 120 acres of land divided in to several areas. There are 7 lakes for fishing, a camping / caravan site, a cosy Bed & Breakfast at the farmhouse and a 6 birth Scandinavian Lodge with all services provided.
The lakes provide fishing for Carp, Course and Pike, we also have a childrens lake stocked with various course fish.
We have a tourer site (some areas are not level) and 2 fields to accommodate caravan / camping clubs. We have a modern toilet and shower block (complete with disabled / family room) and a Bar / Restaurant. There is entertainment every weekend with our resident dj's, guest artists and theme nights throughout the season. There are deposits payable on all bank holiday bookings, all electric hook up bookings and all school holiday times- these are taken by debit or credit cards over the telehone at the time of booking. All deposits are 50% of the total amount and non-refundable.
There are variety of way-marked paths through the Fishery connecting with attractive walks in the surrounding countryside

Turn off A6, 50 yards south of M6 J33 roundabout onto Hampson Lane. Turn right at T junction and over two crossroads, past the Fleece Inn. Turn right at next crossroads. Fishery entrance is 400 yards on the left.
